Framingham Risk Factors app for iPhone and iPad

This application allows physicians to quickly and easily calculate a patients 2 year CHD risk, 10 year CHD risk, and 10 year AF risk. Risks can be graphed overtime to show how a patients risk will increase as they age (assuming all other risk factors remain constant)
